How to fix this rfactor problem ?

I reinstall my window xp after,and then i install rfactor,
But........
Please tell me,how to fix ?

Contact ISI, we are not the support center of ISI.

Just contact ISI and ISI is after you send a new activation code.
And do not forget to give your number of command.

I had asked for an additionnal activation at : support@trymedia.com

And you are Ok, you need to give your order code IMAXXXX recepted when you had bought the game.

The address i posted is the one that Gjon told me to use whenever i need to get my activations renewed, the 2 times i have needed to do it i have had them done within 24hrs.
