Online Hosting Trouble?????

Well, his computer was doing the lag when it was just him and I on track, so I don't think it has to do with visible cars. Also, he turned shadows off and it still did it.

So!!!!! we finally figured it out last night. For some reason his keyboard had a bad "Left Arrow", so everytime he would get by a sector split his game would lag. Really wierd, and just makes you think that almost anything can cause problems. He got the new keyboard hooked up and runs perfect. :)

oh wow thats bizarre but handy to remember, good luck on the track and have fun.

Well, after weeks I can now confirm it was not the keyboard that gave the problems with the lag & strange online multiplayer. I found this website and deleted the 3 files and our multiplayer is working better than ever. Really fast to join & play now.
