Yes, this sound is there. (Nice one, btw. :-) I'm talking about all the other ambient sounds, the crowd and horn sounds etc. I deactivated just out of curiosity the "sound" config-override in the rfm file, then it worked. My modding knowledge is limited, so i dont know what this override effects exactly - but i think you've had a reason for putting this config-override into the rfm.

Yes, it may be included in a future patch, but to be honest we are un 2010 so if you are still obliged to Run in dx7 then your computer must be very old and maybe you should think about upgrading it a bit. Cause running dx7 you are not able to enjoy the graphic quality of the mod, at all.
I don't think everyone using the D3D7 renderer is doing so because they have to. People look for a competitive edge in nearly all games by degrading their graphics to boost game performance. I'm not sure whether that's the case with Troublemaker though.

Here's a way to fix without changing the rfm file: copy the folder rFactor\GameData\Sounds\Ambient into rFactor\GameData\Sounds\EnduranceSeries\ <-here->

you saved your skin in dx1 instead of dx5, so your skill has too mutch reflects on it. Don't forget to read the readme file that comes with the templates.

Well, looking at your video, the amount of reflects is not correct compared to the mod basic skins. So there is something wrong when you save it. Send me your psd and i will send you back the dds files.
In your current dds file, the alpha channel is probably all white, witch is wrong.

The alpha channel is the problem.
When you end your skin, save it in .DDS, DX5, then the alpha channel that comes with the psd file is kept and the result it good. Here you've got an all white alpha (or no alpha), and so you got 100% power of reflects.

You modified it ? In addition if you got some extra cube map dds files lost in some of your folders, remove them. Your alpha is ok. You running dx9 ?

People have to keep the original rfm file as it is, not modify it. You can tell them.

it was mentioned that the C65 has a bug with the soft tires (a missing coma). Just in case I'll add that the old RS-Spyder has the same bug, on soft/rear.
