Some time ago i watched a video about modeling in 3dsmax and the guy modelled the wheels first and then the chassis with the help of a blueprint. What is your basic method of creating a 3d model? Do you use b.prints? Also, what scale do you use? In autodesk 3dsmax 2010 (Customize - Units Setup) my Display Units Scale is set to "Metric". I checked out a few parameters at websites of teams and they were in inches. Maybe if you build a car in rfactor the units should be set to metric, otherwise the scale ingame wont be correct, or not?
