Subject: Windshield tape question Sat 1 Jan - 5:38
Hi,
Thanx for such a great mod. It's the best one I've tried thus far being new to Rfactor. I do have a question though. When driving the Porsche 996 and 997(I think) I find that the windshield is blocked by tape. The tape is not transparent. So it really reduces the field of view. Is there something wrong with my installation? Or is there a way to fix this? Thanx.

Do you mean the banner on top of the windscreen? I think I've seen an unusually large one on one of the Felbermayr Porsches. A couple of older Astons have big ones too (have a look at this), but that's still drivable.
Usually if the windscreen banner blocks anything but the sky, that means your seat is too high compared to the real driving position!

Yes I meant the banner at the top of the windscreen. I guess I thought it was to be somewhat transparent as well. Thanx for your help.
