Help with setups?

Hi everybody. I downloaded the SP1 pack for this mod, but all of the cars are far too twitchy and just generally lack rear end grip, just about everywhere.
Does anyone know any setup options which could help me get a nice gently understeery car? I'm quite baffled by most of the options,except the downforce. That I understand all right.
