Cannot download the Helmet template.

For a week an a half now I have been periodically attempting to download the Helmet template from the link provided in the downloads page.
Every single time though after I go through the captcha process I'm just presented with the message "access denied" and the download never starts.

Has the original file gone? Or is this this sharing site just total crap? can somebody provide me with a mirror to a site that doesn't want to pickpocket me?

Yes casque = helmet, Décoration = painting.
