About the rear fin: The rear fin avoids the car to rollover when crashing so it offers more stability.

Yet just as many cars have rolled over with the fin as without!

At a glance I fail to see the difference between ARX-01e and ARX-03a... wasn't the 03 supposed to be a brand new coupe that's not based on LC75 tub?

well they can try it out if it doesn't help they will researching further for a better solution to prefend that a race car will rollover sure it will always happen that a car will rollover but the chance will be smaller.

i think the picture is just a render of the 01e with a fin and does not show how an actual 03a will look like.

I'm a Ferrari fan but..i love it! :D http://www.topspeed.com/cars/porsche/2012-porsche-911-gt3-rsr-ar119398.html What a beautiful, angry race car. Can't wait to see this beauty fight against the 458 GT.

Speaking of laptimes and performance, have you seen that the GT3 and GT2 cars are on par at zuhai!!!
Have a look at GTEPro/GTEAm and the GTC class in qualifying:
What do you think will follow? The VLN already showed that those classes can compete with each other and I would love to see them do this more often at international competitions like lemans.

I would like to see the gt1 in le mans in 2012. It's more interesting IMO to have gt1 and gt2 than to have GTPro and GTAm

GT1 are too much expensive to develop, that's (not sure) why we don't see it again in LMS/ALMS series. Anyway i loved that category. About GT3 performance, yeah..i remember Sean Edwards at Sebring with a GT3 Cup doing battles against GT2 cars! :D

Yeah but to me it looks like the ALMS GT Challenge Porsches are much slower than the European GT3 cars...

Well yes, you're right, probably a Porsche Cup is slower than a R8 or SLS AMG or..the Porsche GT3R.
